[Bug] Play controls not visible in landscape mode

So I found a new one for ya..

If I have my device in landscape mode, the play controls on the right side of the now playing screen get pushed down low and aren't visible. This only happens when using non fullscreen themes. If I use a fullscreen theme, this doesn't happen. I have verified that same thing happens on my SGS II skyrocket with ICS and my samsung Galaxy player 4.0 with GB.

Let me know if you need screen shots or any more information.

Yah screenshots would be nice since I can't make it happen on my phone. I'll also try it out on my Atrix since that is my smallest phone. I might just need to rework the layout so it forces the controls above everything else if there isn't room.
