How to Backup and Restore Subsonic Installtion Windows 7

Hi,
I have a Subsonic installation on Windows 7. I would like to know the procedure as to what to backup (Folders config files db's etc) and what to do if I had to install on a new pc. I do not need to backup thumbnails, just my settings, users, play stats etc.
