I don't know what platform you're on, but try locating the file more.jsp in C:/Subsonic or /var/subsonic or /Library/Application Support/Subsonic etc

Editing the Domain is a feature enabled in the Madsonic mod.

The question is not about changing domain though, only about changing static text in the interface.
