Issues generating playlists randomly

Yes, I know that there are other threads regarding this, and I found another post where someone installed a beta version and that fixed his issue.

That being said, I don't know that my issue is the same one or not - and if it is, I can't seem to find a beta download link anywhere on the site?

I can't generate random playlists - regardless of which options I pick, it always generates from the very first three songs that would appear in my folder structure (in this case, 2 Unlimited) and it doesn't matter if I pick a specific genre, 5, 10, 20, 50 songs, etc. It always gives the same three songs.

EDIT - It's actually not the first three songs, it's just the first song in the first folder, repeated three times.

I performed an upgrade install to 4.7 from the last version I was running (I presume it was 4.6?) running on a Windows host. If there's a thread that answers this, can you point me to it? I guess the combinations I'm using in search aren't the right ones...
