I'm not very good at these IT things, but I'll give it a try. Let's start, are you
1) Using a direct IP
2) Using the standard yourname.subsonic.org (I think that's what the address was)
3) Using a dynamic IP domain service such as dyndns
4) Using your own domain.
Also, are you using an official host server or just your own local home server?
