[HowTo] Database broken : Import old settings

So I recently had to recover from a DB corruption. Found this post on how to reimport users and settings. The problem I was running into is the same as above, it says a duplicate value is found. Normally with a SQL query, you can use REPLACE if the value is found, but that doesn't seem to work with the subsonic db query page. Any ideas from anyone?
