Replaced DarkSub.css + Modified its icons and added some new ones, new youtube.png as well so it doesn't stand out as much.
Modded top.jsp and edittags.jsp for new menu and changed Tag Editor view so filename is displayed above input form boxes to prevent having to scroll right. (see screenshots)

Edit: I figured this out.. for anyone that might need help I found it in this directory in windows C:\subsonic\jetty\3320\webapp
