Subsonic install woes - Ubuntu 12.04

I have successfully used Subsonic in the past on an old Windows box and Android OS. I recently built a home media server running Ubuntu 12.04 and am unable to get Subsonic working at all. My google-fu has turned up nothing.

I have installed Subsonic and Java, but when I go to http://localhost:4040 I get unexpected results. See attached. Logs posted below from /var/subsonic/
