Hi, I have problem with the album covers. I have mostly local covers that I want to use. Prefer last.fm artwork is set to No and I did a Full scan. But most of my covers doesnt show. Any suggestion? Didnt have problem with that before I installed MusicCabinet.

Is your folder artwork placed in the same directory/directories as the files that make up an album? Is it called folder.jpg/jpeg/png/gif or cover.jpg/jpeg/png/gif?

I have the jpg file in the same folder as the mp3 files, is that wrong?

That's perfectly fine. Is it called folder.jpg or cover.jpg?

And you don't have embedded art in your mp3 files? If just one mp3 file has embedded artwork, that is used instead of the folder artwork.

I have different name, does it have the be called cover or folder?

You either have to call it:

folder.jpg
folder.jpeg
folder.png
folder.gif
cover.jpg
cover.jpeg
cover.png
cover.gif

or insert your custom file name into the database and scan again. Check the table library.coverartfilename, it contains allowed file names and their priority (which one to use if multiple matches are found).
