Wrong content in library folders

I recently had to reinstall SS on my server. After the reinstall the folders in DSub seem all mixed up. If I go into a folder it display content that is not in the corresponding folder on the server. E.g. in my 'Queen' folder DSub lists Roxette and Prince tracks. I have these tracks on disk, but not in that folder. None of the very many Queen albums in the folder can be seen in DSub. What do I do?

Solved. Remove and reinstall solved the problem.
