Basic Setup Help Needed

Hello.

I am trying to just play songs from my HD thru my Android phone.
I have tried both 4g & WiFi , but can never get good consistent playback.
I notice that I am downloading every song,

I did not adjust any settings from the default,
What should I adjust to get steady streaming audio?
