problem streaming to iphone4.....

hey, i would really appreciate some help with this. for i have ssem to have had so many issues, and i finally had it working perfectly for about a week and now another problem occurs. when i was listening to my music on my phone it just stopped and so i attempted to log back on to my server. then a message pops up. " SERVER UNAVAILABLE: either the subsonic url is incorrect or you may be connected to wifi but do not have access to the outside internet"
it goes on to say that "this is not a subsonic error"
making it seem as if subsonic would be implying that it was something on my end.....only i did not change any settings, so it couldnt possibly be on my end. so then i go to
subsonic>settings>network> and i scroll down to where my xxxx.subsonic.org id is and it says "Status: Failed to register web address. 500 Internal Server Error (IOException) " underneath it. this didnt used to be the case obviously. and ive checked with some friends, and they are all having the same problem.
my question, how to fix this so that i can remain using the program with no problems?
ill be MORE than happy to make a good donation once i figure out how to get it working 100%

i appreciate your help. but it seems i am not the only one having the issue. a friend of mine said there are updates being done and it is down for just about everyone right now. the desktop version is working flawless, its just the mobile, again because they are doing updates. a error 500 is an internal error, meaning it has to do with the website itself and not the individuals computer or server.

i just want this to work man.... its been top notch for over a week now and now its fucking up again. anyway, would appreciate any help, even though it seems that i am not going thru the proper vessel to do so. but i did choose to post this post in the "help" section of the forum. the other method you showed was so out of place it wouldve taken too long to find the place to ask the question. so all i wanted to know is if anyone has any idea whats up

youll see that the actual website is down as well.
alls i am doing is looking for confirmation from someone else from somewhere else that this is to be true from their end so ill know for a fact it is a website error and not anything on my end'

I also don't seem to be able to hit the site, but I use dyndns instead of the default service so I didn't notice.

doubt its dyndns that youre running thats causing t for you because i am not using it and it is down for me as well. sort of sucks and i hope its fixed sooner rather than later man. i just got turned on to ss and i really enjoy it and ive turned about 8 people on to it this past week, a lot o these people are in the music industry and really liked the whole idea behind ss. but now its not working right and makes it seem like i misinformed them as to the reliability of ss. anyway, fuck them, i just want it working again so i can listen to my music at work. this sucks..

That will connect you directly to my site. Just sub your ip and port# to get to yours. You don't need the "/subsonic" unless you use the war version on Tomcat.

hey, while i really appreciate you looking out, my problem is not with the desktop player. but when i go to settings>network> and i go to myname.subsonic.org to register the "domain" i get the error 500 message which appears to be something to do with the site for it is downwww.subsonic.org
