new computer issues

ok, so time warner cable came over and decided modem was shot and there were some problems also with packet loss in the line. he supposedly fixed packet loss in line and replaced modem/router. different kind of router, this is a ubee and the portforwarding guide does not have this model but i found the next closest model. i have forwarded ports 4040 and 4443 and canyouseeme.org can see both of those ports but i still cannot contact server from outside of my network using my cellphone on 4g. i did not change anything on computer side, only told router to forward ports 4040 and 4443 like i did with the old router. what can i be doing wrong at this point if canyouseeme.org can see both of these ports???

i figured it out. i'm getting better at these things. i did have to enable plug and play on this new router and then she worked like a champ. thanx again for everyone's help.
