Hello! I'm having some slow speeds when trying to download a file. Sometimes it will download just fine, hopping along at 1-2 MB/s, and other times, it's limited to 150-200 kbps. I'm on a fast university internet connection, so that's not the limiting factor (I'm not rate limited or anything like that), and SFTP works quite speedily. Any idea what might be going wrong? Something with Jetty perhaps?
This is a clean Subsonic 4.7 install.
