Problem with download Cyrillic character filename or folder

Hello Sindre! Beautiful work! I am from Russia and sorry for my English.
Have a question: when I tried downloading full album or one file, in the filename, all non digital Russian symbols and space character replace underscore symbol. (1984 - Кривозеркалье -> 1984_-_____________.zip)
How to fix this problem?

When I uploading zip file contain's files and folders in Ciryllic charset, i have the same problem. Unzipped folder and files not readable but playing. Where I fix it?
