How To Enter Subsonic license if Using Musicabinet?

How do I enter my Subsonic License number if I'm using MusiCabinet?

If you've previously been running Subsonic 4.x and tried installing MusicCabinet, it'll read your existing config file and find your *.subsonic.org domain name etc and start using it. Or that's how it's meant to work at least.

If you do a clean install of MusicCabinet, I believe that the Donate link should be visible in the top row.
