Video can stream only 20 seconds

If try viewing a half HD video in, the iPhone app, iSub I can only watch 20 seconds of the video. If I limit the bitrate under settings to 64, It does the same thing, so it's not because of my limited hardware. If I view videos in the browser it workes fine though, so I guess it's something with ffmpeg having trouble to convert to flv. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
