Error: 503

Postby djkcd » Mon Mar 18, 2013 4:25 pm

When I tried to stream my music this morning my Android device showed an error message stating :"Didn't undertand the reply. please check the server address."
Upon trying to open the browser to Subsonic I received a message that read "HTTP Error: 503" "service_Unavailable" "RequestURI=/"

I uninstalled Subsonic on my desktop and reinstalled it and received the same message.
The Subsonic icon was Green, even when I was getting these error messages.

Please Help.

You're not the first.. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11221&p=51500

Also check your subsonic-service.log file.

Same thing just happened to me last night!

I read through the other posts, but ended up just renaming the ./db folder, allowing it to be recreated, then manually re-adding my users (there's only a handful, so it didn't take long - maybe 10 mins), and scanning my library again.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to re-do my playlists again also, but I still had the original files, so I just imported them again.
