Adding songs to play queue has stopped working

I'm not sure why, but after not having logged in for a few days, when I logged in to play some music yesterday, I couldn't add any music to the play queue, either by clicking the plus or play icons next to a song or album, or using the add all or play all links in an album. I've tried on firefox and on chrome on three computers from two different networks, all with the same problem. This used to work fine and I've not made any changes to subsonic that I know of.
Playing music works fine in MiniSub and from iphone subsonic apps.
I'm running subsonic 4.7 (build 3105) and my server specs according to subsonic's about page are jetty-6.1.x, java 1.6.0_27, Linux (82.6 MB / 211.7 MB)

Where do i go from here? How can I figure this out? Or how can I help you help me figure this out?

Does it work if you try it from a different client computer?

If so, clear the cache and cookies on the first pc. If that doesn't work, delete the player associated with that PC and re-log into Subsonic.

Ok, I cleared cache and cookies, which didn't work, but that got me thinking that even though I had tried it on a few different computers I hadn't done anything with the server spotify is running on. I did a simple reboot and, tada! Everything is working as it should be. Not sure what the problem was--before the reboot I did look at the javascript in google chrome's "inspect element" window and when I would try to add songs it just said pending forever.
Anyway, thanks so much for your help, all better now!

Assume you meant Subsonic, not spotify?
