Registration Key never sent

Hi All! I 'donated' to purchase the license for Subsonic and I was informed with a webpage immediately after purchasing that I would be receiving an email within an hour. It is now two days later and I have received nothing. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks!

Be sure to check your spam folder..it often ends up there for some reason!

Hi Alphawave! Thanks for the reply, but I've certainly been checking my spam folder, making sure that the email didn't get routed there. Nope. No email, yet. I've written 2 emails to Sindre and have not had a response, so I've started an "action" with PayPal to stop payment. Bummer.

Sorry 'bout that...only SIndre can fix it. The reg code is normally sent in minutes after donation, IIRC. You could try again using a different email. Cheers!

Hi again, Alpha. How would I try again with a different email address? Pay again? Like I've said, I've written twice, directly to sindre@activeobjects.no and I have yet to receive a reply. Since he hasn't even bothered to respond to me, I feel that I have to other recourse at this point. {{{sigh}}}

You could try going to any online md5 hash calculator and entering the email address that you used to send in your donation. When you get the hash, just enter it into Subsonic as you license key. If it's registered it'll work.

If it doesn't work then it never registered at the other end. If that's the case, send me a PM and I'll try to get you an alternate way to contact Sindre as the common email gets flooded and he may have missed your epistles.

Hi Alpha! Thanks again for trying to help me out. I had figured out the MD5/Email thing before you responded and my email/MD5 worked - - so I guess that it was registered. But - - since Sindre never got back to my emails, I would have hacked the "call home" feature if I had to. Hey! This would've worked, --REMOVED--
