Can't log in subsonic web page

HI, i just started up with subsonic. I have registered and i can log into the forum, however, everytime i try to log into the subsonic web page i get an error saying that my username is not recognized even tho i am using the same name and password to access the forum. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
