Can't configure Subsonic on Blackberry Z10

I just got a Blackberry Z10 and quickly found the Subsonic Application in AppWorld. I'm coming off a stellar experience with Subsonic in Android, and the initial download and installation went as expected. Since then, however, I have been unable to configure the server, as there's no visible (obvious) "Settings" button. Is there something amiss with the app? How can I configure the settings? Any help would be appreciated.

The question didn't belong on this forum, since the application in question was not developed by Sindre. I understand that Sindre has developed an application for Blackberry that is awaiting approval. Frankly, I didn't think there was much interest in the topic, since yours was - and still is - the only response.
