Personal Subsonic URL not working

I've had a problem with my subsonic address (slangking d0t subsonic d0t 0rg) not working for a long time, well over a year, so it doesn't have anything to do with the latest version. Simply put, entering my subsonic URL into a browser works fine on my host desktop (running buntu 12.10) but doesn't work anywhere else. The direct external IP address works fine, though, but that changes from time to time when my system or router reboots. Is there some setting I need to change to fix this?

Follow the steps in the Tutorial, it should work fine after these steps to open your port to the outside:
