2 Subsonic Servers on the same network

Postby anake » Tue May 14, 2013 12:57 am

Me and my housemate both have raspberry pis running subsonic and it works great, good work!

Now we are both going to pay for the subscription we've run into an issue. The subsonic hosting is set to port 4040, and it doesn't seem like it can be changed so only one of us can have a username.subsonic.org page:(.

Is there a way around this? It is a bit of a deal breaker. We don't really want to compile our media collections together because the raspberry pi's are pretty weedy and would run really slow with twice as much traffic and data.

Thanks

4040 is only the default port # used by Subsonic. It can be changed. The instructions are version specific and available in the tutorials section.
