can't connect to the server

Good morning Subsonic team. I'm having issues with the software/app. I've installed subsonic on my mac and have downlowded the app on my Android. I keep getting the error message 'Connection failure. A network error occured. Please check the server address or try agagin later. Would you be able to help me please so I can enjoy my music on the go without having to d/l it to my Android?

Verify that port forwarding is set up correctly. Go to http://Canyouseeme.org and enter the port number you are using for Subsonic. You MUST get verification that the port is open or Subsonic will not work from outside your internal network.
