Missing the start of songs when using Jukebox mode?

Subsonic seems to be cutting 1-2seconds from the start of each song when manually changing songs with a player that's configured as a jukebox.
Is there some neat trick to resolve this or do I just have to live with it?

EDIT: Oh, and also. Is the flash player supposed to not start playing when pushing the little play button when choosing a song?
At the moment it only clears the playlist and I have to manually click on the song on the playlist for it to start playing.

It is a known issue that using the Play All, or pushing the play button next to a song/album does not start the player in 3.7b1.

I don't know about the other piece and I already rolled back to 3.6 because of a cookie issue with the new version and Apache proxy.
