Deleted folder still in library

I can't seem to get rid of a particular deleted artist folder. Never had any problems like this before, I've deleted artist and album folders before and they disappear from my library after a rescan. This time however the artist folder is still there whilst the album folder no longer appears.

I have rescanned and cleaned up database multiple times but the folder still shows up in all instances of subsonic (web, isub and dsub). Any ideas how I can get rid of this folder?
