Video to Play in Chrome

Hello,

Just bought and installed Subsonic 4.8... love it. One problem I'm having though is that on my Windows clients I am running IE10 and the interface will get sloppy and not refresh properly. I do have Chrome installed and everything looks great there except when I want to play a movie I get

"Video not found or access denied:
/stream?id=28757&maxBitRate=1000&timeOffset=0&player=2"

I know I have access as I can play everything just fine in IE and on dsub (Galaxy Note 2). I'm assuming Chrome isn't liking flash. Is there some way I can create another player that will work with Chrome, or do I need transcode to something else first?
