Add webstream and android over SSL

The webserver you connect to should be a SSL connection for improved security and anonymity.

This functionality is available since I use subsonic (2~3 years ago) and I use it every day.

This is already supported. I have this setup and can stream to IOS, Android, and whatever computer over the web just fine.
