Port Forwarding (Double Router/Firewall/DD-WRT)

<-------------------------Subsonic Help Request---------------------->
Problem Description: I seem to be unable to get the port to forward properly, simple problem, but everything I've tried hasn't solved it so I must be doing something wrong. (Weird thing, sometimes it says forwarded succesfully, sometimes it says router found.)
Troubleshooting Steps: Static IP set to 192.168.1.37, forwarded the port (4040) in my DD-WRT Router 192.168.1.1/192.168.0.13), Set the DD-WRT Router as DMZ in my ISP router (DD-WRT = 192.168.0.13 ISP = 192.168.0.1) This didn't work, so forwarded port 4040 from ISP to DD-WRT as well, to no avail. I've also turned off my firewall on the ISP router, don't use any on W8, apart from the default.
Playback Application and version: Android, 4.2 Sense 5.0 (HTC One)
Subsonic Version: 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013
Server Version: jetty-6.1.x, java 1.7.0_21, Windows 8 (112.4 MB / 121.8 MB)
Hardware Platform:Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit
Java Memory Limit: 150 MB

Unless you have an undisclosed need to have several subnets, I recommend narrowing down to one to keep things simple (how many devices do you have, then simply map them out in order of importance, and manually assign IP's to each, is how I do it...leaving DHCP enabled in a greater IP range for guests or infrequent connections). If you prefer DDWRT as your DHCP/NAT, ensure the ISP router is disabled for those services, often by setting its operating mode. Still, I'd recommend leaving SPI/Firewall ON for the ISP modem, and punching 4040 through that for your Subsonic host IP (same subnet?) as well as on the DDWRT router. Test with canyouseeme.org, and don't forget to reboot all the players to make sure they're all on the same page during testing. Oh, and you might wanna bump up to 250MB on java memory limit. :)

Alright I'll give that a try, I had an entire network overhaul planned anyway, might as well do that while I'm at it. I'll report back once I'm done! Thanks ahead anyway!

Edit: It's working now, set my ISP router to bridged mode to completely get rid of any doubles or weird settings.
