Missing tracks

Is I've recently bought a Naim streamer which is "fed" by my new nas which uses subsonic. All my flac files are available but I have a small number of MP3 and Mp4 files which whilst they are showing in subsonic are not showing as being available on my streamer. Anyone any ideas as to why this may be happening?
