Can't get subsonic to work on my reformatted hard drive

Unfortunately, I had to reformat my hard drive today. When I went to re install subsonic, it wanted me to start from scratch. My old username and password won't work. When I enter my old subsonic address it just takes me to the subsonic page. I clicked on the upgrade to premium link and entered my email and license key and received an invalid key message. I clicked on the send license key to email link, and it sent me the same key, which gave me the same results. Not sure what else to try...

ok, I've got a newer problem as well. While waiting for help on how to fix the my first problem I decided to set up a new account to use during the free trial. I can get everything to work fine except for my transcoding. All of my music is in FLAC and i use commands found on this forum to use replaygain before the files are converted to mp3. This worked flawlessly before the Hard Drive re formatting, but now they don't work at all. The default transcode line will convert my flac's to mp3 (without replaygain of course), but the commands i used to use don't do anything. I get the flac files without replaygain playing on my phone. Here's the commands I use:

convert from:flac
convert to:mp3
Step 1:flac -d -c --apply-replaygain-which-is-not-lossless=0tLn1 %s -
Step 2:lame -b %b - -

I'm not sure if i need to install something to make this work or not. When i first set up subsonic a couple years ago these commands worked without a problem. Any help with either of my issues would be greatly appreciated.

After messing around all day with Subsonic, my old access key decided to start working, so my first problem is fixed. I'm still having issues getting the transcoding to work. My music files fluctuate in volume greatly so i need some kind of normalization. I really don't want to convert them all to mp3s and use mp3gain to accomplish this. As I stated, the transcoding commands in the previous post worked great for me before I reformatted the hard drive... no idea why they won't work now.
