Just copy back to the Subsonic directory, but more than likely the database is corrupted and it will only reintroduce the error you've been seeing. The only way to prevent this problem is to make regular backups before the failure, but it's worth a try.
Save a bit of time and save the current clean directory before you restore so you can revert back to the clean configuration if you need to.
