Cannot Access Subsonic Server Externally

I need a little assistance here... I setup Subsonic on my PC which is statically set on my LAN at 192.168.253.1. My PC sit's behind an AT&T U-Verse router. From any other computer inside my LAN, I can access the Subsonic server using the http://subsonic.org address. However, when I turn the Wireless off my iPhone and go to that same address it resolve to my router external IP address at port 4040 but I can't connect to it. I've also added port forwarding on my router 2Wire 3800HGV-B for ports 80 and 4040. I have McAfee installed and have turned off that firewall off as well as the Windows firewall on my Windows 7 machine.

Can anyone provide some tips on how I can access the server externally? I can take screenshots and provide any other necessary info, I'm just kinda out of ideas at this point.

I'm a little creeped out, how did you find my server? Haha Anywho, I jumped on my work computer and was able to hit the server =)

Admins have their secrets! :p Anyway, it sometimes takes a while for the .org addy to register on the redirect server. Enjoy!
