My Subsonic (fresh install on fresh OS install) install is acting weird. It works fine for a few days but then suddenly it only listens on port 4040 inside my lan and I can no longer remotely access it.
From what I can tell, in the Subsonic panel there is simply no text in the "Service status" box untill I click on some buttons (e.g. Stop or Start)
This is what netstat gives me:
- Code: Select all
C:\Users\Administrator>netstat -np TCP | findstr "4040"
TCP 192.168.1.130:4040 192.168.1.2:51960 ESTABLISHED
TCP 192.168.1.130:4040 192.168.1.2:54018 ESTABLISHED
TCP 192.168.1.130:4040 192.168.1.2:57310 ESTABLISHED
And now, when it's not listening I get this:
- Code: Select all
C:\Users\Administrator>netstat -np TCP | findstr "4040"
Meaning, nothing.
I don't know what triggers Subsonic to stop listening. I have no clue on how to fix this or what the issue is let alone reproduce it. Can anyone help me out?
At first i thought it was my no-ip domain not updating properly but as it turns out, all my other services are accessible from over the net.
Thanks,
OS: Windows Server 2012
Java version: 7.40 build 1.7.0_40-b43
Subsonic version: 4.8 (build 3434) – April 17, 2013 Premium license
Network: I use a no-ip domain for my dynamic ip. I've been doing this since I have Subsonic and it never gave any trouble.
