Can only stream over wifi, not 3G/4G

All of a sudden, for no apparent reason, I can only stream to my phone over wifi. I have not changed any settings and can't seem to find the problem. Please help!!!

Has your external IP address changed?

No it hasn't. My phone and my wife's phone were able to connect a few days ago. Now we can only stream over wifi. I haven't changed anything.
