Cannot connect from Galaxy Note 3!

I have been using Subsonic for about two months now with no issues on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus, using the app dSub. Since I upgraded to a Galaxy Note 3, I cannot connect to my server at all. the app fails, and when I try to pull up my server in the browser window, it tells me that Google Chrome could not connect followed by my IP and the port address.

Any ideas why this would be happening? I'm not sure of any logs I might need to include, so I have left out any helpful info, please let me know.

Check your opened port at canyouseeme.org to ensure it's still properly forwarded, then double check your entries in dsub, including username and password are spelled correctly.
