Thanks for the update. I'm glad all is well with hakko. I know I am not the only one who looks forward to his return. I took a look at Madsonic and it is a nice Mod and getting better, however the features in Music Cabinet are exactly what I was looking for.

Maybe its future lies within the madsonic mod that has already added the genre radio feature and that intends to add the top tracks feature plus the radios for each artist.

Artists Radio, Top Tracks, and the links to Related Artists are the best parts of Music Cabinet. When Madsonic adds these features I will take a second look.

It is hard to say for sure but the Postgresql db seems to be more stable. Additional features are nice but I've had zero problems with Music Cabinet.

I wonder how many are running Music Cabinet?

I had a look at madsonic, but Music Cabinet is what I'm using on a daily basis. I have a madsonic vm on the server, update it and have a look every now and then. But even the look of the artist page feels strange to me.

Very sad MC development has ended.

I don't think Madsonic supports syncing last.fm loved tracks & subsonic starred tracks...
Or does it ?
Musiccabinet does a terrific job at that.. For me, the artist radios are an added bonus.

Like all of you, I will stay with musiccabinet till another mod gives me the same features. For the moment, I haven't even bothered to install madsonic. I am just saying that Madsonic is adding more and more some features of Musiccabinet.
