Can only access my server from the host computer

For the last few days I haven't been able to access my server unless I am using the computer that the server is running on (Windows Server 2012 Essentials), My Windows Home Server 2011 or an old XP laptop in my basement It isn't accessible on any of my Windows 8.1 machines although I believe that it was originally after upgrading them. Tomorrow at school I will see if I can access if from off of my LAN. Any help with this would be appreciated.

can you ping the subsonic host from other machines inside your local network?

It's either the Subsonic port not opened on the server firewall or the port forwarding not set up on the router or both.
