Subsonic with Raspberry Pi (Raspbmc(debian))

Hi Guys,

I've been having two issues.

1. I successfully installed Subsonic on my Pi which has Raspbmc installed (based on Debian).

The Pi is hardwired to my Router.

When I try to access it from the internet, I get a timeout; however, when I install Subsonic on my laptop which is wirelessly connected to the same network using the same ports, I have no problems. Any ideas?

2. To get around this problem, I decided to access my music files hosted on the Pi using Subsonic installed on my laptop.

Music HDD -> Raspberry Pi Networked Folder -> Subsonic installed on windows pointed to the networked folder on the Pi. (\\RASPBMC\Files\Music)

I have the music set to a network folder on the Pi, which I am able to access manually through Windows Network. However, when I try to point Subsonic towards the folder, I get "folder not found." I tried manually changing the "login" section for Subsonic in Windows to my admin user ("Moomoobaabaa"), but that didn't do anything.
