FLAC plays, but only after clicking inside the timeline.

Recently all my users have been telling me anything in FLAC format doesn't play, both in the browser and in the Android app.

I decided to test this myself and found that if you tell a song to start playing, wait a bit then click in the timeline of the song, it will start playing from that point. The songs just wont start playing on their own like they used to and like any other format music. I've been running v4.6 for awhile now and nothing has changed in my configuration that accounts for this.

The log file shows ffmpeg starting up to transcode the songs and they show up in the "Now Playing" field on the main page but still nothing plays.

That version of SS does have a problem with Java 1.7 so that might be an issue but do any other file types (eg not mp3 or flac) that require transcoding play OK?
