Tomcat 7 compatibility fixes

Because of other tool upgrades installed openjdk7 and tomcat7 on FreeBSD 9.1 and always try to avoid more than one version of jdk on my systems..

I upgraded subsonic to 4.8, and ran into all the mentioned issues.

I upgraded DWR and added the line:

org.apache.el.parser.SKIP_IDENTIFIER_CHECK=true

to the file:.../apache-tomcat-7.0/conf/catalina.properties
That solved all issues.
