Total Newbie Question

I downloaded and installed SS on windows. Now I am asked for a user name to login. All I did was download and install. I never chose a user name and cannot login. I know this is a stupid question, but what is my user name?

Yes, thanks. That was not working because in the process I had requested a reset. I removed c:/subsonic/db and now I am in.

I have exactly the same issue and I can't get past it. I have installed subsonic onto a Linux system on my local network. I can open the login page from my Windows PC, but I can't login.

I have tried deleting the directory /var/subsonic/db and restarting the service, but I still can't login using Username and Password admin. Needless to say, this is frustrating.
