Missing Files After Scan

For some reason Subsonic 4.8 is missing some files during th scan. How should I approach this?
unix find and Exaile locate 7590 files, where subsonic on gets 7471. There are no errors in the logs that indicate any scan issues.

What should I try next. I've scanned a few times, and the counts don't go up.

Should I upgrade to a newer beta version?
Is there a way to show "ignored" files?
If I remove/add the media folder will I loose all the statistics?

I am having this same issue.

After my initial setup and scan all my files were showing. Then I added a few more files to a folder and it's been four days and they still will not show up. I have even forced a scan of the media folders several times to no avail.

Any suggestions?
