Folder List is missing alot of content!

For some reason when I logged into my 'admin' account, which is account unique error, the folder list only has the folders on drive D, I have also drive E and F which has folders that is normally listed in the list on the left hand side. I have tried rescanning my media, as well as enabling/disenabling fast mode access and it makes no difference. for some reason most of my media is missing, even tho things like the "Most played" etc, can still access it, it is just the root folder access tree on the left hand side is missing a huge amount of data!

Thanks any help, perhaps there is something to do with the user account! it happened on my guest/guest account originally as well! But if I create a new account, all the media popups and is there!
