Random Queue Not Working

Hello, I recently formatted my PC and did a fresh install of Windows. My Java version is up to date and I am running Subsonic version 4.9. For some reason when I attempt to use the Random Queue option (where it lets you add up to 50 songs at random to the playlist) I get nothing added to the playlist. I have tried re-installing the software. I have tried older versions of the software 4.8 and even 3 different web browsers (Chrome, IE and Firefox). I have also tried in admin and user mode. I have deleted my user and tried creating a new one. Nothing works! This is the option that I use the most with Subsonic so I am frustrated that it no longer does. Any help would be appreciated! No one has had this same problem? If I can't figure it out I'm gonna switch to Plex :/
