subscription expired?

Hello,

I just purchased a year subscription to subsonic. When i try to access my page via internet it says my subscription is expired. Is there something i need to change so i can get to my music?

update:

I just re-registered my scrigface.subsonic.org address and now it says it can't connect at all. Nothing has changed for my router or ports. I even checked with that port forwarding program and it said the port is open.

I'm able to get your sign-in page using your IP.
