Mixing two folders together

I organized my music according to something like c:\music\genre, and d:\music\genre. I wanted Subsonic to sort of merge both folders from different drives, which it seems to do, but it adds folders from the second drive at the very bottom. If I click into a folder, say genreA, it will list folders from genreA from both drive C and D. But, if I click on the breadcrumb at the top (genreA), it will then only list folders on the folder genreA of that drive, and no the other drive.

since you "click into a folder" you always select just one folder on one drive. therefore another folder on another drive has nothing to do with it, the way subsonic sees your music.
