Galaxy S5 Android Suddenly Won't Stream Music?

I'm having two issues involving my new Galaxy S5 phone and Subsonic.

1. The phone suddenly stopped streaming music via Subsonic, whether via 4G or WiFi. I have a Nexus Tablet and a Samsung Charge phone and both continue to stream w/o any issues (both of those only have WiFi capability, however), Problem began yesterday. I've stopped and restarted Subsonic on my PC and I've uninstalled and re-installed the app on the phone.

2. Before it stopped working, I've also had problems with Bluetoothing in my car (no problem Bluetoothing to an indoor speaker). In the car, the songs stutter at the beginning of each one played, unless... the screen is on (??).
