Yup. I also second this request. Folder and file names is a much better approach to managing a music repository. In particular because the metadata often are not complete or not existing at all. I would like to file a feature request for this to come back or as an option.

I have a lot of classical music of different groups doing the same piece of music (I have over 15 versions of Bach's St Matthew Passion alone) and it would be so very nice to be able to browse by album, genre, composer, conductor, etc. Tags makes this possible. Folder structure browsing is limited to one variable, the power for managing large collections is in a tag based database.
